Your data goes through a Design-Rule-Check in our house and, if necessary, gets optimized for further processing. After the feasibility test, we create the necessary films and the necessary mechanical programs for operations such as Drilling, milling, v-scoring. We also offer our customers the plotting of films as a further additional service. For questions, please feel free to contact us.
Immersion gold
You can take the additional service of surface coating with immersion gold by B&B. Advantage of this surface is corrosion resistance and durability even when multiple soldering. After cleaning and etching, a nickel film arises on the copper areas caused by a nickel bath. Phosphorus is fed to this layer and then it gets gilded in the gold bath. This service is realizable for a maximum panel size of 370 x 530 mm.
